Here is a fabulous, all original Omega Constellation C Shape from 1971. The brushed champagne dial is in excellent condition, with a golden Omega logo and emblem and barely any marks. It has faceted golden hour markers with black contrast and lume dots at the outer ends, a wider marker at 12 o’clock. The baton hands with the original lume and black contrast are in very fine condition. The golden framed window at 3 o’clock displays the quick-set date. Quick-setting the date should only be done with the hour hand at the bottom half of the dial.

The solid 14K gold bezel is in fine condition, with a subtle sunburst pattern and light overall wear, perhaps most pronounced at around 5 and 7 o’clock. The gold capped C shape case with the original crown is in fine condition, with a radial pattern on its face and brushed sides. It shows some overall wear, most notable a scuff on the left case side at around 10 o’clock along the edge and a small dent on the right side above the crown. The stainless steel case back has a well preserved gold Geneva observatory medallion and is in very fine condition with only light overall wear. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The original gold plated Milanese steel bracelet is in fine condition with light overall wear. It can be freely adjusted with the fold clasp and is big enough for large wrists.

Inside the watch, Omega’s high grade 1011 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-10 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in August 2026 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.

Gold capped Constellations are not very common to find and this one looks spectacular on the wrist with its great overall condition and the fabulous dial. This is a watch that will add to any vintage collection and it is perfect for those special occasions.
