Here is a stunning, all original Ulysse Nardin 36000 bph chronometer dress watch from 1973. The brushed golden dial is in excellent condition, with a golden UN anchor logo, black lettering and barely any marks. It has golden strip hour markers with black contrast, double at 12 o’clock. The golden baton hands have the original black contrast and are in very fine condition. The hack feature stops the seconds hand when the crown is pulled out to time setting position. At 3 o’clock, the gold framed window displays the quick-set date. The quick-set function should only be used with the hour hand at the bottom half of the dial.

The gold plated C shaped case with embedded lugs and the original crown has a brushed finish and is in very fine condition. The gold plating shows slight wear at the end of a couple of the lugs. The stainless steel case back is in fine condition, with a few marks of wear.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap and buckle of good quality. 

Inside the watch, Ulysse Nardin’s version of the high grade NB11QU movement beats at the then insane rate of 36000 bhp to within about +-10 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in October 2024 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
