Here is a fabulous, all original Omega dress watch from 1962. The brushed silver dial is in excellent condition, with a golden Omega logo and faceted golden bar hour markers, double markers at 12 o’clock. The golden baton hands are in very fine condition.

The gold plated bezel is in fine condition with some overall wear, most pronounced a scuff at around 10 o’clock. The 40 micron gold plated case with the original crown and long, faceted lugs is in fine condition, with light overall wear both at the lugs and on the case sides. The gold plated case back is in fine condition, showing a few marks. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap and buckle of good quality.

Inside the watch, Omega’s venerable 286 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +12 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in October 2024 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
