Here is a fabulous, fully original Omega Seamaster from 1962. The silver dial is in very fine condition, with a steel Omega logo and a gentle and even patina. It has grooved wedge hour markers with lume dots at the outer ends, wider markers at the poles. The dauphine hands are in fine condition with the original lume intact, albeit degraded.

The stainless steel bezel is in fine condition with some overall wear, perhaps most pronounced at around 2 and 8 o’clock. The stainless steel case with the original crown and batman lugs is in fine condition with some overall wear, perhaps most noticeable at the outside of the lugs but also on the case sides. The stainless steel case back has a well preserved hippocampus engraving at its center and is in fine condition with some overall wear. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch comes on the original mesh steel bracelet in very fine condition with light overall wear. It is large enough for big wrists. Make sure the specific bracelet size listed in the details is not too small for your wrist. The bracelet can be shortened by up to about 2cm by moving a spring bar in the clasp.

Inside the watch, Omega’s high grade caliber 552 beats strongly and accurately to within about +10 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in August 2026 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.

This early Seamaster looks fabulous on the wrist with the great overall and unpolished condition. This is a watch that will make its next owner very happy indeed.
