Here is a fabulous and rare, all original Omega Constellation Chronometer from 1969. The deep set silver slate dial is in very fine condition, with a steel Omega logo and black lettering and barely any marks. It has wide steel hour markers with black contrast and lume dots at the outer ends, double at 12 o’clock. There is a scatter of tiny corrosion spots around the dial, none of which are really visible to the naked eye. The black baton hour and minute hands are in very fine condition while some marks can be seen on the seconds hand under magnification. The steel framed window at 3 o’clock displays the weekday and the date, of which the date can be quick-set by repeatedly pulling the crown out to the outermost position. The quick-set function should only be used with the hour hand at the bottom half of the dial.

The 14K solid white gold fluted bezel is in very fine condition with only light overall wear. The oversized stainless steel case with the original crown and embedded lugs has a brushed face and polished sides and is in excellent condition. The stainless steel case back has a crisp and clean Constellation medallion at its center and is in very fine condition with just a few marks of wear. The case has been refinished.

The original integrated stainless steel bracelet is in very fine visual condition, showing light stretching. It is big enough for large wrists. Make sure the specific bracelet size listed in the details is not too small for your wrist as finding spare links for old bracelets is very difficult. The bracelet can be shortened by up to about 2cm simply by moving a spring bar in the double fold clasp.

Inside the watch, Omega’s high grade caliber 751 beats strongly and accurately to within about +8 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in June 2026 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.

This rare model with the integrated bracelet and that wonderful dial looks spectacular on the wrist. This is a perfect daily driver that is also a great conversation starter.
