Here is a wonderful, all original Jaeger-LeCoultre dress watch from 1969. The brushed blue dial is in  very fine condition, with a steel JLC logo at 12 o’clock and steel strip hour markers in between. There are a few small marks around the dial, most notable towards the upper right corner. The steel baton hands are in very fine condition. Note that this watch does not have a seconds hand in order to keep the profile slim.

The 800 silver tank watch case with short lugs and the original crown is in fine condition, with finely engraved bezel sides and light overall wear. The brushed 800 silver case back is in fine condition, with some overall wear. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap and buckle of good quality.

Inside the watch, LeCoultre’s caliber 818/3 beats strongly and accurately to within about +-12 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in September 2024 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.

A much more elegant dress watch than this one is difficult to find, both for the design and for the solid silver case. This is a watch you will love to have in your collection for those special occasions.
