Here is a wonderful Ulysse Nardin dress watch from 1968 in a slim design. The silver dial has taken on an even and gentle patina and is in fine condition with a script anchor UN logo. It has steel Arabic numeral hour markers at the even hour and steel wedge hour markers in between, all with lume dots at the outer ends. Along the rim are steel spheres marking the minutes. There are a few small marks around the dial and a couple of more noticeable marks around its center. The lance hands are in fine condition with light corrosion visible under close inspection. The seconds hand has a lovely leaf counterweight.

The stainless steel bezel is in very fine condition with only light overall wear. The slim stainless steel case with embedded lugs and the original crown is in fine condition with some overall wear, most notably on the left case side. The brushed stainless steel case back is in fine condition, with a few noticeable marks around the edges from attempts at opening the case without the proper tools or skills. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap and buckle of good quality.

Inside the watch, Ulysse Nardin’s upgraded version of the Peseux 180A movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-12 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in November 2024 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
