Here is a stunning, all original Tudor Oyster Prince Date + Day from 1986. The golden sunburst dial is in very fine condition, with a golden shield Tudor logo at 12 o’clock and faceted golden bar hour markers with lume dots at the outer ends. Slight wear can be seen under magnification on some of the hour markers and the shield. The baton hands have the original lume and are in fine condition with some degradation to the lume. The curved aperture at 12 o’clock shows the quick-set weekday in English and the cyclops window at 3 o’clock shows the quick-set date. The quick-set functions should only be used with the hour hand at the bottom half of the dial.

The solid 18K yellow gold fluted bezel is in very fine condition with only light overall wear. The stainless steel case with batman lugs and the original gold screw down Rolex crown is in fine condition with some overall wear, most notably on the case sides, in particular the right side. The case back has the Oyster ridges and Rolex inscription and is in fine condition with light overall wear. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap and buckle of good quality.

Inside the watch, the high grade ETA 2834 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-10 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in December 2025 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
