Here is a fabulous, all original Tudor Prince Date-Day from 1983. The champagne dial is in excellent condition, with a golden Tudor shield logo and barely any marks. It has golden bar hour markers with lume dots at the outer ends. The faceted baton hands with the original lume are in very fine condition. At 3 o’clock, the Cyclops eye displays the quick-set date while the quick-set weekday is displayed along the top of the dial in English. When the crown is pulled out to set the time, date or weekday, the hack feature stops the seconds hand so the time can be set precisely. The original plexiglass crystal is in very fine condition.

The solid 18K fluted yellow gold bezel is in fine condition with some overall wear. The stainless steel case with the original screw down Rolex crown and batman lugs is in fine condition, with a circular brushed face and polished sides. It shows some overall wear both at the lugs and the case sides. The case back has the Oyster ridges and Rolex inscription, and is in fine condition with a brushed center that shows a few light scratches. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The original two tone Jubilee bracelet is in fine visual condition, with some stretching and wear on the gold plated links. It is large enough for big wrists. Make sure the specific bracelet size listed in the details is not too small for your wrist as finding spare links for old bracelets is very difficult. The bracelet can be shortened by up to about 2cm simply by moving a spring bar in the clasp.

Inside the watch, Tudor’s refined version of ETA’s high grade 2834-2 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-8 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in October 2026 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
