Here is a fabulous, all original Rolex Oysterdate Precision from 1968. The silver linen dial is in very fine condition, with the Rolex crown at 12 o’clock and faceted steel hour markers, wider markers at 6 and 9 o’clock. There are a couple of small marks just right of the dial center. The baton hands with the original lume are in good condition, with light wear visible under close inspection. At 3 o’clock, the Cyclops eye displays the manually set date.

The stainless steel bezel is in very fine condition with only light overall wear. The stainless steel case has a radially brushed face and polished sides and is in excellent condition, with barely any marks. The original Rolex crown screws down as it should. The case back has the Oyster ridges and is in excellent condition. The case has been refinished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap of good quality with the original Rolex buckle in very fine condition.

Inside the watch, Rolex’s high grade 1225 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-8 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in June 2026 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.

Manual winding Rolex’s are less common nowadays and when in this condition it is a real find. This is a watch you will love to wear and admire on your wrist.
