Here is a fabulous and rare, all original Rolex Oyster Precision from 1974. The very uncommon for Rolex silver sparkle dial is in very fine condition with barely any marks. It has the Rolex crown at 12 o’clock and faceted steel hour markers, twin markers at the poles. The baton hands are in fine condition, with some wear visible under close scrutiny.

The stainless steel bezel is in fine condition with some overall wear, perhaps most pronounced at around 2, 9 and 12 o’clock. The stainless steel case has a radially brushed face and polished sides and is in very fine condition, with a few marks mostly at the lugs. The original Rolex crown screws down as it should. The case back has the Oyster ridges and is in very fine condition with a few marks. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch comes on and after market leather strap with the original Rolex buckle in fine condition.

Inside the watch, Rolex’s high grade 1225 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-8 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in February 2026 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
