Here is a wonderful, all original Omega dress watch from 1962. The silver sunburst dial is in very fine condition, with a golden Omega logo and just a couple of small marks around its center. At the poles are golden bar hour markes with black contrast and in between are faceted golden hour markers. The golden baton hands are in very fine condition.

The 20 micron gold plated bezel is in fine condition with little overall wear apart from a notable nick at around 10 o’clock. The 40 micron gold plated case with the original crown and long, faceted lugs is in fine condition, with light overall wear both at the lugs and on the case sides. The gold plated case back is in fine condition, showing a few marks. The case does not appear to ever have been polished but under close scrutiny a slight color difference can be seen between the bezel and the case, potentially due to the difference in plating thickness.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap of good quality with the original Omega buckle in fine condition.

Inside the watch, Omega’s venerable 286 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +12 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in August 2026 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
