Here is a stunning, all original Omega Seamaster De Ville from 1966. The silver grey sunburst crosshair dial is in very fine condition, with a steel Omega logo and emblem and barely any marks. It has faceted steel hour markers with black contrast, double at 12 o’clock. Some of the black contrast is worn, most notable at the 12 o’clock marker. The baton hands have the original black contrast intact and are in fine condition with a few marks visible under close scrutiny. The cyclops eye in the original plexiglass crystal magnifies the steel framed window at 3 o’clock which displays the date. The date can be semi quick-set by repeatedly pulling the crown out to the outermost position. Setting the date should always be done with the hour hand at the bottom half of the dial.

The stainless steel bezel is in very fine condition with only light overall wear, perhaps most notable around 1 and o’clock. The stainless steel case with the original crown and slightly spread lugs is in very fine condition with only light overall wear, mostly at the lugs. The stainless steel case back is in very fine condition, with a crisp and clean hippocampus logo and very few marks. The case has been refinished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap and buckle of good quality.

Inside the watch, Omega’s high grade 565 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-12 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in January 2025 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
