Here is a fabulous, all original Omega Constellation Chronometer from 1966. The silver sunburst dial is in very fine condition, with a steel Omega logo, emblem and Constellation star and barely any marks. It has steel bar hour markers with black onyx inlay, double markers at 12 o’clock. The dauphine hands are in fine condition with the original black contrast and some marks visible under close scrutiny. The steel framed window at 3 o’clock displays the date, which can be semi quick-set by repeatedly turning the hands through midnight, then backwards through 20:30 and then through midnight again. Repeat as necessary.

The stainless steel bezel is in fine condition with only light overall wear, perhaps most notable a tiny dent at around 3 o’clock. The stainless steel case with the original crown and the characteristic dog leg lugs is in fine condition with light overall wear, mostly at the lugs. The stainless steel case back has a crisp and clean Geneva observatory medallion and is in fine condition with a few marks. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap of good quality with the original Omega buckle in fine condition.

Inside the watch, Omega’s high grade 561 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-8 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in November 2025 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.

Omega’s Constellation line is one of the most iconic watch series ever produced, and this version is a very elegant example. This is a watch that can be worn as a daily driver while also having that something unique for those special occasions.
