Here is a stunning, all original Omega Genéve from 1969. The silver sunburst dial is in excellent condition, with a steel Omega logo and barely any marks. It has faceted steel hour markers with black contrast, double markers at the poles. Some of the lume dots have degraded but this is not visible to the naked eye. The baton hands are in very fine condition, with the original lume contrast but degraded. The steel framed window at 3 o’clock displays the date, which can be semi quick-set by repeatedly pulling the crown out to the outermost position. The quick-set function should only be used with the hour hand at the bottom half of the dial.

The stainless steel case with the original crown and straight lugs has a sunburst face and polished sides. It is in fine condition, with light overall wear, mostly at the lugs but also with some marks on the sides. The brushed stainless steel case back is in fine condition with a some overall wear. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap and buckle of good quality.

Inside the watch, Omega’s wonderful 613 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +12 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in September 2024 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
