Here is a fabulous and rare, all original Omega Genève from 1974 in a large size for the era. The silver sunburst dial is in very fine condition, with a black script Omega logo and black lettering and barely any marks. It has faceted steel bar hour markers with the original black contrast and lume dots at the outer ends, double markers at 12 o’clock. The baton hands are in very fine condition, with the original black contrast and lume intact. The hack feature stops the seconds hand when setting the time, to allow accurate time setting. The black framed window at 3 o’clock displays the date, which can be quick-set with the crown pulled out into the middle position. The quick-set function should only be used with the hour hand at the bottom half of the dial.

The large square-ish stainless steel case with the original crown and embedded lugs is in very fine condition, showing only a few marks. The brushed stainless steel case back is in very fine condition, with an engraved Omega logo and a few small marks of wear. The case has been refinished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap of good quality with the original Omega buckle in fine condition.

Inside the watch, Omega’s high grade 1012 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +10 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in August 2025 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
