Here is a stunning, all original Omega De Ville from 1974. The brushed golden dial has a golden Omega logo and is in excellent condition with barely any marks. It has golden bar hour markers with black contrast and lume dots at the outer ends, double markers at 12 o’clock. The golden baton hands are in very fine condition, with the original lume and black contrast intact, albeit with some degradation to the lume. The golden framed window at 3 o’clock shows the quick-set date, which is accessed by pulling the crown out to the middle position. The quick-set function should only be used with the hour hand at the bottom half of the dial.

The gold plated bezel is in fine condition with light overall wear, perhaps most notable at around 12 o’clock. The gold plated case with the original crown and slightly spread lugs is in fine condition with light overall wear, perhaps most prominent at the outside of the lower right lug. The stainless steel case back is in fine condition, with a brushed pattern and the De Ville engraving at its centre, showing some marks. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap and buckle of good quality.

Inside the watch, Omega’s high grade 1012 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-10 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in December 2024 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
