Here is a stunning, all original Omega Constellation C shape from 1966. The silver sunburst dial is in very fine condition, with a steel Omega logo, emblem and Constellation star. It has steel strip hour markers with black contrast, double at 12 o’clock. There is light wear around the center of the dial and a couple of spots of wear around the edge of the dial, such as at around 1 and 11 o’clock. The black fils hands are in very fine condition. The steel framed window at 3 o’clock displays the date, which can be semi quick-set by first turning the hands through midnight so the date changes, then immediately turning the hands backwards to 21:00 and then forward through midnight again until the date changes. Repeat as necessary.

The stainless steel bezel continues the sunburst pattern of the dial and is in excellent condition with barely any marks. The C shape stainless steel case with the original crown and embedded lugs is in excellent condition, with a radial pattern on the face and brushed sides with a polished bevel separating them. The stainless steel case back is in excellent condition, with a well preserved steel Geneva observatory medallion and just a few tiny marks. The case has been refinished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap of good quality with the original Omega buckle in very fine condition.

Inside the watch, Omega’s high grade caliber 561 beats strongly and accurately to within about +-8 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in May 2025 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
