Here is a fabulous, all original Jaeger-LeCoultre from 1978 in an ultra-thin version. The silver dial is in excellent condition, with a black painted JLC logo and barely any marks. It has strip steel hour markers with black contrast, double markers at 12 o’clock. The baton hands are in very fine condition with the original black contrast intact. Note that this watch does not have a seconds hand in order to keep the profile ultra-thin. The window at 3 o’clock displays the quick-set date. The quick-set function should only be used with the hour hand at the bottom half of the dial.

The hexagonal ultra-slim stainless steel case with the original crown and integrated lugs is in fine condition with a few marks of wear throughout, both at lugs and the case sides. The brushed stainless steel case back is in fine condition, showing some overall wear. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap of good quality with the original JLC buckle in fine condition.

Inside the watch, JLC’s fabulous 900 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-8 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in September 2026 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
