Here is a stunning, all original LeCoultre Master Mariner from 1967. The silver sunburst dial is in excellent condition, with a golden JLC logo and barely any marks. It has faceted golden hour markers with lume dots at the outer ends, flatter grooved markers at the poles. The golden baton hands are in very fine condition with the original lume intact. The golden framed window at 3 o’clock displays the date, which can be semi quick-set by first turning the hands through midnight so the date changes, then immediately turning the hands backwards to 23:00 and then forward through midnight again. Repeat as necessary.

The gold plated bezel is in fine condition with light overall wear, such as at around 2, 5 and 8 o’clock. The gold plated case with the original crown and elegant batman lugs is in very fine condition with a few marks of wear, mostly towards the lugs. The stainless steel case back is in fine condition, with radial brushed pattern and some overall wear. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap and buckle of good quality.

Inside the watch, LeCoultre’s high grade caliber 883 beats strongly and accurately to within about +-12 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in September 2026 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
