Here is a stunning, all original IWC dress watch from 1971 in an unusual reference. The silver sunburst dial is in excellent condition, with the script IWC logo and barely any marks. It has black painted Roman numeral hour markers. The black fils hands are in very fine condition.

The C-shape ultra slim stainless steel case with the original crown and long lugs has a brushed face and sides and is in very fine condition, showing only light overall wear mostly at the lugs. The stainless steel case back is in very fine condition with just a few marks. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch comes on an after market stainless steel bracelet of good quality.

Inside the watch, IWC’s superb 403 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-12 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in June 2024 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
