Here is a stunning, all original IWC dress watch from 1971 in a very rare reference. The silver crosshair dial is in very fine condition, with black script lettering and a marvelous and unique texture. The baton hands with black contrast are in very fine condition.

The stainless steel case with the original cabochon crown and hooded lugs is in fine condition, with some overall wear. The stainless steel case back has a radial brushed finish and is in fine condition with a few small marks. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch has the original IWC stainless steel buckle on an after market leather strap of good quality.

Inside the watch, IWC’s version of the JLC 900 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +10 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in January 2022 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
