Here is a fabulous, all original Ulysse Nardin dress watch from 1969. The brushed silver dial is in very fine condition, with a steel Ulysse Nardin anchor logo and steel bar hour markers with black onyx inlay, double markers at 12 o’clock. There is slight discoloration around the 12 o’clock hour marker. The tapered baton hands are in very fine condition with the original black contrast intact. At 3 o’clock, the cyclops eye in the original plexiglass crystal displays the date, which can be semi quick-set by first turning the hands through midnight so the date changes, then immediately turning the hands backwards to 20:30 and then forward through midnight again. Repeat as necessary.

The stainless steel bezel is in fine condition with some overall wear, perhaps most pronounced at around 4 and 9 o’clock. The slim stainless steel case with the original crown and long, curved lugs is in fine condition, with a few marks of wear, mostly at the lugs but also on each case side. The stainless steel case back is in fine condition, with a crisp and clean UN anchor medallion and some scratches around the notches in the rim from attempts at opening the case without the proper tools or skills. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap of good quality with the original UN buckle in fine condition.

Inside the watch, Ulysse Nardin’s high grade N11HB movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-12 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in February 2026 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
