Here is a stunning, all original Tudor Prince Oysterdate from 1968. The silver sunburst dial is in very fine condition, with the shield Tudor logo at 12 o’clock and barely any marks. It has faceted steel hour markers with black onyx inlay and lume dots at the outer ends. There is slight wear around the edge of the dial, most notably at around 2 o’clock. The baton hands with the original lume are in very fine condition. The cyclops eye at 3 o’clock displays the date, which can be semi quick-set by first turning the hands through midnight so the date changes, then immediately turning the hands backwards to 21:00 and then forward through midnight again until the date changes. Repeat as necessary.

The solid 18K white gold fluted bezel is in fine condition with light overall wear. The stainless steel case with a brushed face and polished sides has the original screw down Rolex crown and is in very fine condition with only a few marks of wear. The case back has the Oyster ridges and Rolex inscription and is in very fine condition with a few small marks. The case has been refinished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap and buckle of good quality.

Inside the watch, Tudor’s ETA 2484 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-10 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in September 2025 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
