Here is a fantastic, all original Tudor Prince Oysterdate from 1994. The golden sunburst dial is in very fine condition, with a golden Tudor shield logo at 12 o’clock and golden strip hour markers with lume dots at the outer ends inside the minute track. There is a scatter of tiny corrosion spots around the dial, none of which are really visible to the naked eye. The faceted golden baton hands with the original lume are in fine condition, with the original lume intact but somewhat degraded. The hack feature stops the watch when the crown is pulled out so the time can be set accurately. The 3 o’clock window with the cyclops eye displays the quick-set date. This function should only be used with the hour hand at the bottom half of the dial.

The 18K yellow gold fluted bezel is in very fine condition with light overall wear. The stainless steel case has a radially brushed face and polished sides, with the original golden screw-down crown working as it should. It is in very fine condition, with just a few small marks of wear. The stainless steel case back is in fine condition, showing some marks throughout. The case has been refinished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap and buckle of good quality.

Inside the watch, Tudor’s version of ETA’s high grade 2824 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-10 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in July 2025 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
