If for some reason you do not wish to keep your watch you are welcome to return it to us. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details about the product you would like to return within 14 days of delivery. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Return costs are covered by you as the buyer. If the return is due to a defect with the watch, we will refund the return costs once we have confirmed the defect.
Upon return in the same packaging and condition the watch was delivered in, you will be refunded in full, less any credit charges we may have incurred for the sale (e.g the 3% processing fee our payment provider Stripe charges for credit card purchases). If the return is due to a change of heart the refund will also be less the costs of shipping the watch to you.
We ship globally with FedEx International Priority. You should receive your watch within 2-6 business days. Note that you may experience customs delays, which is unfortunately outside of our control. If you experience any delays, contact us at email@example.com and we will contact FedEx for assistance.
Most countries place an import duty/VAT on products imported from outside of their customs zone. FedEx will manage the process for you and collect any import duties on the behalf of your country's customs. Ask Us if you have any questions for your country.
