Here is a fabulous, all original Rolex Oyster Perpetual ladies watch from 1972. The silver sunburst dial is in very fine condition, with the Rolex crown at 12 o’clock and faceted steel hour markers with black contrast and lume dots at the outer ends. There is a slightly discolored spot just right of the word “Perpetual” and slight wear around the 9 o’clock hour marker. The faceted baton hands are in very fine condition with some degradation to the original lume.

The engine turned stainless steel bezel is in very fine condition with only light overall wear. The stainless steel case has a radially brushed face and polished sides, with the original screw-down crown working as it should. It is in fine condition with some overall wear both on the sides and at the lugs. The stainless steel case back is in very fine condition with just a few marks or wear. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap of good quality with the original Rolex buckle in fine condition.

Inside the watch, Rolex’s high grade 1161 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-15 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in December 2025 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
