Here is a fantastic and rare, all original Rolex Oyster Perpetual from 1971. The silver Shantung dial is in excellent condition, with a steel Rolex crown at 12 o’clock and barely any marks. It has faceted steel hour markers with lume dots at the outer ends. The baton hands with the original lume are in very fine condition.
The engine turned stainless steel bezel is in very fine condition, with light overall wear. The stainless steel case with the original screw down crown is in very fine condition with only light overall wear. The stainless steel case back is in fine condition with a few small marks and scratches.
The original Oyster bracelet is in very fine condition, showing light wear and little stretching. It is big enough for large wrists. Make sure the specific bracelet size listed in the details fits your wrist as finding spare links for old bracelets is very difficult.
Inside the watch, Rolex’ high grade 1570 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-8 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in September 2023 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
