Here is a stunning, all original full set Rolex Datejust from 1993. The black dial is in excellent condition, with a golden Rolex crown at 12 o’clock and barely any marks. It has faceted golden hour markers with lume dots at the outer ends. The faceted golden baton hands with the original lume are in very fine condition, with the original lume intact. The hack feature stops the watch when the crown is pulled out so the time can be set accurately. The 3 o’clock window with the cyclops eye displays the quick-set date, which should only be used with the hands at the bottom of the dial.
The 18K yellow gold fluted bezel is in very fine condition, with only very light overall wear. The stainless steel case has a radially brushed face and polished sides, with the original gold screw-down crown working as it should. It is in excellent condition, with only very light overall wear. The stainless steel case back is in excellent condition, with just a few marks.
The watch comes on an after market leather strap and buckle of good quality.
Inside the watch, Rolex’s high grade 3035 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +8 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in July 2023 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
