Here is a stunning, all original Rolex Datejust from 1989 in near mint condition. The black dial is in excellent condition, with the Rolex crown at 12 o’clock and steel hour markers with lume dots at the outer ends. The faceted baton hands with the original lume are in very fine condition. The hack feature stops the watch when the crown is pulled out so the time can be set accurately. The cyclops eye at 3 o’clock displays the quick-set date, which should only be used with the hour hand at the bottom of the dial.

The engine turned bezel is in very fine condition with only light overall wear. The stainless steel case has a radially brushed face and polished sides, with the original screw-down crown working as it should. It is in very fine condition with only light overall wear. The original steel Jubilee bracelet is in very fine condition, showing slight stretching and light overall wear. It is large enough for big wrists. The bracelet can be shortened by up to about 2cm simply by moving a spring bar in the clasp.
