Here is a spectacular, all original Omega Speedmaster Classic from 1999. The horizontally brushed silver dial is in excellent condition, with a black script Omega logo and steel strip hour markers with black contrast and lume dots at the outer ends, a wider marker at 12 o’clock. The baton hands are in fine condition, with black roots and the original lume intact but a bit degraded. The black framed window at 3 o’clock displays the quick-set date. The quick-set function should only be used with the hour hand at the bottom half of the dial.

The stainless steel bezel is in very fine condition with only light overall wear. The slim stainless steel case with the original crown and the beautiful twisted lugs of the Speedmaster family is in very fine condition with only light overall wear. The stainless steel case back is in very fine condition, with the Omega logo engraved at the center of a radially brushed finish. The case has been refinished.

The original Omega steel bracelet is in very fine condition with little stretching, showing just a few wear marks. It is large enough for moderately big wrists. Make sure the specific bracelet size listed in the details is not too small for your wrist as finding spare links for old bracelets is very difficult. The bracelet can be shortened by up to about 2cm simply by moving a spring bar in the clasp.

Inside the watch, Omega’s high grade 1108 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-8 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in December 2025 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
