Here is a fabulous, all original Omega Seamaster De Ville from 1966 in solid 14K gold. The silver sunburst dial is in very fine condition, with a golden Omega logo and golden bar hour markers, double markers at 12 o’clock. There is a scatter of corrosion bubbles around the dial which are not really visible to the naked eye yet makes the dial seem to sparkle. The baton hands are in fine condition, with the some corrosion visible on the seconds hand upon close inspection.

The solid 14K gold bezel is in very fine condition, with only light overall wear. The solid 14K gold case with the original crown and straight lugs is in very fine condition with a few marks towards the lugs and at the sides. The solid 14K gold case back is in fine condition with a very well preserved hippocampus medallion and an engraving showing the watch was originally presented as a 50 year work anniversary award. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap and buckle of good quality.

Inside the watch, Omega’s wonderful 611 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +12 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in November 2024 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
