Here is a fabulous, all original Omega Seamaster 300m Big Triangle from 1968. The black dial is in very fine condition, with a white script Omega logo and lettering and barely any marks. It has the iconic lume filled Big Triangle at 12 o’clock with smaller wedge lume markers at the other poles and wide lume stripes in between. The wide hands with the original lume intact are in fine condition, the seconds hand with a lume filled tip. The window at 3 o’clock displays the date, which can be semi quick-set by repeatedly pulling the crown out to the outermost position. The quick-set function should only be used with the hour hand at the bottom half of the dial.

The large rotating stainless steel bezel is in very fine condition, with lume numbers for every ten minutes and silver dividers in between. The stainless steel case with the original crown and Speedmaster bombe lugs has a brushed face and sides and is in fine condition with some overall wear, perhaps most noticeable at the upper lugs and on the left case side. The stainless steel case back has a crisp and clean hippocampus engraving at its center and is in fine condition with some overall wear. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The original Speedmaster stainless steel bracelet is in fine visual condition but shows some stretching. It and is big enough for large wrists. Make sure the specific bracelet size listed in the details is not too small for your wrist as finding spare links for old bracelets is very difficult. The bracelet can be shortened by up to about 2cm simply by moving a spring bar in the clasp.

Inside the watch, Omega’s high grade caliber 565 beats strongly and accurately to within about +8 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in December 2025 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.

The original Seamaster 300 is iconic in its own right, and this Big Triangle with the original bracelet is a real find. This is a watch any serious collection and it will make its next owner very happy indeed.
