Here is a fabulous and rare, all original ultra-slim Omega De Ville from 1968. The grey sunburst dial is in fine condition, with white script lettering and steel strip hour markers, twin markers at 12 o’clock. There are a few small marks around the dial and slight wear at the edge of the dial at around 1 and 9 o’clock. Some of the hour markers show some wear. The fils hands are in fine condition. Note that this watch does not have a seconds hand in order to keep the profile very slim.

The slim stainless steel case with the original crown and stub lugs has brushed sides and top faces separated by a polished bevel. It is in fine condition with some overall wear, perhaps most prominent on each side of the front face. The stainless steel case back has a brushed center and a polished slope and is in fine condition, with a few marks of wear. The case does not appear to ever have been polished.

The watch comes on an after market bovine leather strap with the original Omega buckle in fine condition.

Inside the watch, Omega’s slimmest ever automatic movement, the high grade 711 movement beats strongly and accurately to within about +-12 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in March 2025 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
