Here is a stunning, all original Omega Constellation from 1969. The silver sunburst dial is in very fine condition, with a steel Omega logo, emblem, and Constellation star. It has steel wedge hour markers with black contrast. The only mark on the dial is a small scuff to the right of the dial’s center.  The dauphine hands are in very fine condition, with the original black contrast intact. The steel framed window at 3 o’clock displays the date, which can be semi quick-set by repeatedly pulling the crown out to the outermost position. Setting the date should always be done with the hour hand at the bottom half of the dial.

The stainless steel bezel with a subtle sunburst pattern is in very fine condition with only light overall wear. The stainless steel case with the original crown and straight lugs is in very fine condition with only light overall wear, mostly at the lugs. The stainless steel case back has a crisp and clean steel Geneva observatory medallion and is in very fine condition. The case has been restored.

The watch comes on an after market leather strap and buckle of good quality.

Inside the watch, Omega’s perhaps best movement ever, the 564, beats strongly and accurately to within about +-10 seconds per day. The watch was fully serviced in November 2024 and comes with a 12 month warranty on its proper mechanical functioning.
